mida.ee is an intermediary platform for construction and renovation work that connects clients and service providers in Estonia. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By registering, you agree to these terms.
Account and registration
When registering, you undertake to provide truthful information. You are responsible for the security of your account. The platform may restrict or close accounts that violate the terms of use.
Rules of use
It is forbidden to publish false or misleading information, send spam, harass other users or misuse the platform. The platform is not responsible for transactions between users.
Payments and fees
Some platform services are paid. All prices are shown before confirmation. Payments are processed by Montonio in accordance with European payment rules. The wallet balance is a refundable credit on the platform.
Limitation of liability
mida.ee acts as an intermediary between service providers and clients. The platform is not responsible for the quality of work performed or for contractual obligations. Disputes are resolved between users.
Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to change the terms of use. We will notify you of significant changes by email and/or on the website.
