Right of withdrawal
Under European Union consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service order within 14 days of purchase if the service has not yet been used.
Refund process
To request a refund, send an application to info@mida.ee stating your account email address and the transaction details. The refund is made to the same payment method within 14 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds do not apply if the service has already been used (e.g. contact details have been revealed), the wallet balance has been spent on transactions, or the order has been fulfilled.
